Hodgkin Lymphoma International Study for Individual Care (HoLISTIC), currently consists of  70+ expert investigators, patients, and representatives from the advocacy community, including the Lymphoma Coalition, the Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF), and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Investigators include pediatric and adult oncologists, radiation oncologists, nuclear medicine/PET experts, decision modeling scientists, cancer statisticians, and cancer epidemiologists.

 HoLISTIC Membership

Members can be affiliated with a study team pursuing HL that would allow contribution to and/or participation in pooled studies, or have expertise that would contribute to our understanding of the individualized assessment and care in HL.  Members are expected to bring to the consortium their expertise, ideas and resources, including results, raw data and biological samples.

 Membership benefits

  •  Access to the HoLISTIC website and data commons:

    • Level 1 view access for Full Members

    • Level 2 view access for Associate Members

  • Full members will constitute the voting committee (VC)

  • Authorship, if journal and consortium requirements are met

  • Participation in development of future HoLISTIC objectives

  • Participation in changes to HoLISTIC structure

There are two different HoLISTIC Membership categories listed below. To apply for membership, please choose the category that best fits your description.

Full Membership

  • Serve as a Chair or Co-Chair of a HoLISTIC-endorsed clinical trial and/or registry cohort and/or be a steering committee member And

  • Demonstrate an active role in one or more key activities of HoLISTIC including clinical trial design, clinical data analysis, and/or biologic inquiry

  • Review the HoLISTIC policies regarding Mission, Objectives, Definition of Membership, and Open Results and Fairness and sign a statement of agreement with these central operating polices of HoLISTIC on application for membership

  • Report to the EC any conflicts of interest

  • Active participation in HoLISTIC meetings

Associate Membership

  • Demonstrate an active role in one or more key activities of HoLISTIC including clinical trial design, clinical data analysis, and/or biologic inquiry

  • Review the HoLISTIC policies regarding Mission, Objectives, Definition of Membership, and Open Results and Fairness and sign a statement of agreement with these central operating polices of HoLISTIC on application for membership

  • Report to the EC any conflicts of interest

  • Active participation in HoLISTIC meetings

Membership Application Process

  • Interested organizations, institutions, and individuals meeting the requirements of membership outlined may apply for membership by filling out the appropriate application - (Application form-Link)

  • All applicants must receive at least 2 nominations from existing HoLISTIC members (at least one nomination should come from a member not currently employed at the same institutions or organization as the applicant)

  • Complete applications will be reviewed by the steering committee; a 2/3 majority vote by the voting committee is required to approve applicant membership; a 2/3 majority vote will also be required by the steering committee
