The HoLISTIC Data Commons serves as the foundation of HoLISTIC research. Applying established data science methods (https://datacommons.cancer.gov/), we created a detailed data dictionary for each Hodgkin lymphoma clinical trial and registry cohort based on case report forms, primary publications, and guidance from primary study and registry statisticians.

 

We created a common data model with the associated data dictionaries across all data sources and normalized, standardized, and harmonized all individual patient data (IPD) into a master, annotated database.
